Mo and I want to let you know how happy we are with the '04 E320 we bought from you on Oct. 30. Having purchased a large number of cars in our time, we have come to realize there are three main factors involved in any transaction.

First is the car itself.  This car was obviously chosen by your discerning eye for your inventory because of its exceptionally good condition.  Despite the years and miles, it looks and drives like a new car.  In fact, more than one of our friends have mistaken it for new.

Second is the seller.  You have been an absolute pleasure to deal with before and after the sale.  It is refreshing to deal with someone in auto sales who remains totally committed to the highest level of customer service after the sale.

Third is the price - or value for the money.  After searching five or six weeks for a similar car, we found your price for this pristine automobile was more than competitive.  We have had a number of new cars and must say the level of excitement and satisfaction derived from driving this car matches any of the new ones we have had.  

Thanks again for one of the most satisfying vehicle purchases we have experienced.  We would encourage anyone in the market for an immaculate pre-owned Benz to take a look at your inventory.

Hope you had a great new year.  I Just wanted to thank you again for a wonderful purchasing experience.  The SLK arrived on time, in excellent shape, & runs great.  I absolutely love it – it's my new baby :)  I waxed it up, polished the interior, & had it VA inspected.  Not a bit of problems, except wiper blades.  I'm putting new tires on it in the spring.  Keeping it in storage until then.  People who have seen it, think it's brand new.  It's in really great shape, and I am extremely glad to have it.  Again, thanks for a wonderful purchasing experience and I wish you the best in 2010.  Take care & good luck with your business!!

We searched car lot after car lot for three full days in both Los Angeles
and Ventura Counties.

The 2002 vintage C-320 we purchased from Auto Europe in Chatsworth appeared
better cared for and maintained than several 2005 models we drove with half
the mileage! Ours was a cherry-picked chariot.

Auto Europe's prices are competitive. After time spent haggling over
financing and purchase price with the other car lots, our deal with Auto
Europe was done in under an hour. When all the other dealers called us back
to say "Hey, your car is ready and at a better price than we quoted!" We'd
simply reply, "Sorry, but we made our deal with Auto Europe..."

And when we told them the price we paid, they respectfully excused
themselves and hung up the phone.

Our friend the Porsche/Mercedes mechanic and his neighbor the body shop
owner both agreed -- we got a good deal at Auto Europe!
